And the eight teams making up the play-offs are Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Croatia, Sweden, Northern Ireland, Greece and Republic of Ireland.

Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia all wrapped up automatic places from the South America qualifiers last night, whilst Panama qualified from the North, Central America and Caribbean section.

Peru go into a play-off clash with Oceania winners New Zealand, but Chile were knocked out and will not feature in the tournament.
